CARE MINISTER BOTTLES OUT
Pensioners gathered in Blackpool for the annual conference of the NPC were left frustrated and angry when the Care Minster Paul Berscow cancelled his scheduled attendance on the second day at the last minute.
What could be more important than hearing the views and concerns of some 2000 delegates from as far afield as Scotland and Cornwall on this most important subject.
To show their disgust Mr Burscow was represented on stage with a cabbage and everyone continued to address questions and commenta to him throughout the session, the Right Honourable Mr Cabbage, member for Tesco Sainburys and Asda. There was not much honourable about his behaviour this week.
