Dial-A-Ride Number
The new service has been introduced. The new number to call is 0845 077 9110 (10p per min from mobile / 4p per min from landline) open 0930am to 1230pm Monday to Friday.
We do not know at this stage who is operating the service but it is only currently available to former Dial-A_Ride customers.
If the new operator is not ECCT then transfer of the personal data of these vulnerable people to the new operator would in our view constitute a breach of the Data Protection Act.
