As normal we will again be going to Blackpool for the opening session of the Pensioners Parliament organised by the National Pensioners Convention and held on the 2nd June.
This year however we are pleased to announce that the coach is being sponsored by Wulvern Housing and we are extremely grateful to Director of Partnerships Rob Allen for this support.
As usual we will be leaving Delamere Street at 09:30 and returning from Blackpool at 16:30.
Credentials for entry to the Winter Gardens have gone up in price to £3.00. The format will be very different this year with a Question Time style session with a panel including representatives from each of the main political parties. Should make for a lively debate.
On the other hand many people of course simply go for a day out.
