Calls to End Prepayment Surcharges
Wulvern Housing has joined a national campaign by the National Housing Federation calling for the ending of punitive tariffs on those who find themselves obliged to use prepayment meters. These customers, often amongst the poorest in society end up paying as much as £300 per year more than others who can get on-line deals.
Wulvern's Director of Partnerships, Rob Allen said " Wulvern takes the welfare of its tenants very seriously and by highlighting this issue we might save them money and make thier lives a little more comfortable."
