It with great regret that we announce the dissolution of the group which has been in existance for over 40 years. This is because no one will come forward and volunteer to help the exisitng committee which has been running at half strength for a number of years and existing members cannot continue to carry the load. It is especially sad at his time as we were just beginning to see an uplift in numbers attending our monthly meetings. We'd like to thank all those who have supported us over the years and all our guest speakers (over 150) who have given their time to come and talk to us. We hope we have been of some help to older peole in South Cheshire over the years in championing their interest and causes but also in providing helpful information across a range of subjects. We wish you all good health and all the best for the future.
