ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our AGM is normally held at the November meeting. Obviously with covid restrictions this will to be possible this year.
In accordance with the constitution the AGM will be held as soon as it can be after November whenever that may be. The current committee stays in post until the end of the next AGM. The finacnial accounting period remains the same and accounts will be prepared accordingly. We will coninue to operate with the membership list as at 31/12/2019. If you wish to be taken off the list please let me know at secretary@scpa.co.uk.
