COMMITTEE MEMBERS WANTED
We are urgently seeking to fill two important positions on our committee, Secretary and Treasurer.
Secretary
To act as the focal point for all communications into the group
To maintain and advise on all formal documetented policies including constitution, Safeguarding, Risk Assessment etc.
To liase with providers on room bookings
Attend 2 meetings per month, committee and general members meeting.
Computer literacy is required as most communication is by e-mail.
Treasurer
Maintain financial records of all income and expenditure
Produce annual accounts for AGM
Liaise with bank regarding our account
Activity is quite modest. Some book keeping experience is desirable.
