DIVEMASTER

Ok, You've done the dives and gained the experience. Now your ready for the real challenge!

PADI Divemasters are exactly that: they have a mastery of the skills, knowledge and training needed to carry out supervisory duties and help train the divers of the future. As a divemaster you will lead other divers and help non-divers to take their first breaths underwater, you will carry out discover scuba experiences and even teach some PADI specialities but most improtantly of all you will act as a role model to student divers and maybe even get a job in the scuba industry. Divemasters are highly sought after individuals and make up a valuable part of the instructional team.

You will learn in depth diver theory covering topics such as physiology, equipment, skills and environment, dive planning and PADI procedures. Upon succesful mastery of the theory we will help you to develop your current dive skills to the level needed in order to supervise and even teach student divers. We will mentor you at every stage and test you not only in the classroom but in confined and open water too.

We recommend that you look at the PADI website which outlines the duties and responsibilities of a Divemaster prior to signing up to this course, after all not everyone has it in them to become a dive professional- if you think you have what it takes then we are the best people to help you reach your potential.

You must be 18 years old, medically fit and have completed the PADI Rescue diver, have a valid EFR/(CPR) qualification and logged at least 40 dives to strart this course. You cannot complete the Padi divemaster course until you have logged 60 dives.  PADI DM Crewpack for use during this course is included in the price.
