NETWORK MARKETING
How the money works....
Before we get into this there’s a few things you need to know for this to make sense .... Network marketing is used worldwide to sell all sorts of products and services (including some real rubbish and shabby products!) using the best mechanism ever devised - word of mouth from one trusted person to another. It's cheap, and very effective. The secret is to find a well structured business with products or services that you are happy with, genuinely believe in and have respect for. Internationally acclaimed business people agree that it represents one of the greatest opportunities in the world today. During a television interview, billionaire and property tycoon Donald Trump was asked what he would do if he lost everything, including his business empire. Someone in the audience sniggered and laughed. Donald turned to them and said - "That's why I'm sitting up here and you're down there" Unfortunately, through ignorance, many people equate network marketing with ‘Pyramids’ and scams and that they'll get ripped off and lose money.. Pyramids are indeed illegal, unethical, unsustainable, and regrettably they still happen occasionally - and some have indeed used network marketing methods to promote themselves. They always fail because they are inherently flawed, which of course is precisely why they are illegal! The businesses offered through Moneyamickle are variously London Stock Exchange listed, EU licensed, and are operated by vastly successful and experienced management teams with proven track records. They have stood the tests of time and due diligence. OK? Let’s move on! The vast incomes often quoted by networker marketers are not fiction. Network marketing has created more millionaires than any other kind of business, and the number is growing constantly. My own team leader in one of these businesses already earns circa £3 per MINUTE - on average, every minute of every day, indefinitely. Work out for yourself what that comes to! And (like mine) it's still rising steadily even as you read this. There is usually no limit to the income which can be earned as it all comes from the income from sales. The more sales the more income there is. The bigger the business - the more sales, and so on. But there IS a problem - and it’s a BIG PROBLEM..... “Most people substantially overestimate how much they will earn in the short term ... and substantially underestimate how much they can earn in the long term” You need to know this before you start! It is true. It’s always been true, and it probably always WILL be true. It’s human nature! It’s also why many people ‘fail’ in network marketing. By ‘fail’ I don’t mean they don’t earn money - quite a lot of money even - or that the business doesn’t work - I mean that they give up before the big stuff happens, before they have reached the targets they set for themselves, and usually that’s because they don’t put the consistent effort into their business that it takes to reach the big time. These are not 'get rich quick schemes' but they ARE get rich slowly and steadily according to your efforts and consistency. It takes time - and YOU set the pace. Who do they blame for their 'failure?' ANYBODY AND ANYTHING BUT THEMSELVES! And that’s one reason why network marketing is often perceived as a poor option when that couldn’t be further from the truth! OK - happy with that? Now let’s cover how the money works.... “mony a mickle maks a muckle” All network marketing businesses work on the basis of earning lots (and lots and lots and lots!) of small amounts from sales and repeat sales or (ideally) from automatically repeating sales - regular and consistent. It’s called ‘Residual Income’. Residual, because it is usually (in the first instance) additional to someone’s main income, but also because it just - keeps - on - happening. Over and over again, indefinitely. Many network marketing incomes (including all three on offer here) are heritable, bequeathable, and saleable just like any other ‘conventional’ business and THAT is immensely powerful. Ask your kids! It all starts off with very modest incomes though, because as Agents, Distributors, Associates, Affiliates, call it what you like, we all start at the bottom working on our own behalf, learning how to do our particular business. As we progress, we build up a larger customer base and our incomes grow too. They we begin to recruit others to join us in the business, and we (should) help and teach them how to do the same so that they also succeed in growing their own customer base and recruiting others into their teams too. The key to generating large incomes in network marketing is not how hard you work yourself (although of course that is very important!) nor is it how wonderful you might be at finding ways to sell your services or products (although that is also useful). It is about learning the simple ways to do things right and teaching others to do the same. It is about being able to duplicate, replicate successful systems so that anybody who joins your team can do what you do. All good networking businesses will provide solid training based on experience and success, and the more we stick to the tried tested and proven systems the quicker we will succeed too. Unfortunately, human nature kicks in here again and if you are like most people you will decide that you want to try it your way! (as I did). If you are smart however you will eventually conform to the approved systems - after you’ve discovered for yourself that your own methods just don’t produce the results you wanted. If you are not so smart (but think you are!) you will keep on doing it your own way, probably fail to get the results you wanted, and quit to join the ranks of those who confidently proclaim that “network marketing doesn’t work”. Nor does it - for them! Back to the money ..... There are countless examples out there, but let’s just take one. The Utility Warehouse. It could be any of them. (See www.pigginbrilliant.com for info. With them, customers use a variety of 'every day use' utilities (gas, electric, phone, mobile, internet etc) at home and in business, with the Company being their single service provider. Customers get all their services itemised on a single bill each month, and make just one payment for everything they’ve used. They also save substantial sums of money on the discounted utilities. Neat. When they pay their bills, the Company gets paid ..... and shares the profit with the Distributors who introduced those customers, in accordance with a payment plan. That payment may only be a few pounds, or it could be lots - it doesn't matter!. The Distributor signs the customer up once, and the customer uses those utility services over and over again, which means the Distributor gets paid over and over again month after month after.... This repeat income continues as long as people pay bills, and increases as more customers get introduced which is all very nice, but as you may have spotted the income is all coming from work that you did yourself, which means it's limited to what you do yourself.... ..... and that is absolutely NOT what network marketing is all about! Remember the people who joined your team? The ones we trained up and helped to get started? They get customers too. They get paid commission based on their customers’ spend just the same as you get paid commission on your customers’ spend.... but with a vast and crucial difference.... YOU also get paid a small over-ride on the spend of your team members’ customers too, and this can be astronomical if - when - you have built a good sized team. Of course these team members also receive over-ride commission on THEIR team customers too, and so on down the line. The same rules apply for everybody, which is why network marketing is much MUCH fairer than conventional job and business structures where only the privileged few get the big pennies! You couldn’t really get thousands or tens of thousands of customers on your own, but with a team of distributors all gathering customers regularly ... it’s just a matter of time. Of course every payment plan is different and all will have qualifying criteria designed to encourage you to develop your team and achieve certain targets to maximise your earnings, and again this can sometimes appear a bit daunting initially. A bit like walking from Land’s End to John O’Groats perhaps - who needs it! However, if you set off with a few sandwiches, a drink, a good pair of boots and a sense of purpose, if you don’t give in and just aim to do a few miles a day, guess what - you’ll get there! And that my friend is all you need to know. It works, it's affordable, and it’s do-able. Just pick the business that’s right for you, stick to the training, do it consistently and you can’t fail because it is (or should be if you’ve picked a reputable business such as those offered here on Moneyamickle) a proven system where all you have to do is copy what’s been done successfully many times before. If you do get it wrong and decide the first business you picked isn’t right for you, then take your new found experience and try another one. One of them will probably be right for you and give you that income, pension, freedom and purpose that you were looking for. My very best wishes, Bob Paterson.
