Below are the two sections for the Employment Application; both sections must be completed to be considered for employment.  Note that this application is only for office positions, if you wish to become a contractor for Maxim Enterprises click here.

Below are 2 Quizzes that must be completed to be considered for employment at Maxim Enterprises.  Please complete the quizzes using Internet Explorer and have Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail active on your computer so the results can send properly.  (If your results page does not send, you can also take a screenshot of the quiz page and send it to dklein [at] maximent [dot] net)  This is in conjunction with the online application that must also be completed.  Make sure that the Username/ID that you place in the box at the beginning of each quiz matches the First and Last name that you provided for the application.  If they do not, your application may not be marked as completed.
