How Does Reiki Work?
We are alive because of our life force flowing through us. Energy flows through our pathways called Chakras, meridians and nadis. Of which you will learn about in our Axiatonal Alignment class. It also flows around and through us in a field of energy called our aura. Life Force nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. When this flow of life force is disrupted, it causes diminished function in
one or more areas of the body.
This life force responds to our thoughts and feelings. Just like our body also responds to the type of food we eat. Unhealthy foods, leads to unhealthy bodies just as negative energy leads to disrupted systems. Negative thoughts or feelings attach themselves and show up in our aura and from there if not dealt with move on to our body. That then diminishes the vital functions of the organs and cells of our bodies.
Reiki flows through the affected parts, helping to balance and restore vital energy. It helps to clear pathways and heal our energy pathways. Enabling our life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.
Reiki always knows where it is needed and goes exactly to those spots. It has its own intelligence and knows what areas need the most attention.
Reiki can never cause harm and is always only for a beings highest good. It is never a question of can reiki help here. Reiki is God Consciousness and therefore can only ever have positive effects.
Reiki is an extraordinary thing. It allows a practitioner to give energy to a person without their life force or energy being depleted. In many other methods a healer would remove the negative energy first and then proceed to discard of it. Leaving the healer at risk of taking on negative energy and decreasing their own. Reiki flows one direction. The Reiki
practitioner is merely a channel for the energy. It flows through the practitioner to the client. Which is also a bonus for the person giving the treatment. It always helps increase their energy and leaves feelings of loving well- being.
