2. What aspects of my work give me a sense of meaningful purpose or professional satisfaction? - Reflections 
3. What are the values of the organisation I work within, and the social, cultural, historical, and political contexts that form the complex ecology within which I live and work, and how do these challenge and influence me and my practice? - Organisational values and alignment/tension, and national and international contexts
