Well i am just home from stansted and it was a very eventful week, lovely to meet old friends and make stronger friendships, look forward to meeting them all again soon.

I am blessed with being able to say i have had some very special people, work with me in healing ways and these are angels guided by spirit.

I was able to work this time with acrylics and more with watercolour, exploring all avenues, which was great.

I was also given the privacy to put my emotion into colour. I had a particularly emotional day and just let rip with the acrylics. It was not a pretty site, and as i had no idea what was going to happen, it surprised me the outcome. I started in the top right hand corner and moved to the left top, then bottom left end then bottom right all the time just picking the colour of my emotion, by the time i was finished i felt at peace.

It was truly therapeutic and i felt a great sense of release. The next day i did another one and it was totally different, it showed my healing and different state of mind. This for me was a truly healing experience. I will post these pictures up later today to show what i mean.

I also got the chance to explore more watercolour and found this a great experience taking me down avenues i hadnt explored before.

All in all a very productive week, I was also able to do some work on myself and for the first time in a long time i am in a strong place inside my heart and my head!
