The Hanks at the Lazy R's.

April the 3rd saw The Hanks at the Lazy R's and provided us with three great sets of country music. A well established and popular three piece band with a real drummer, bass and lead guitar. They sang a wide variety of songs and varied the tempo which gave anyone who wanted to get on the floor plenty of choice as to which dance to do. We had lots of good comments about them. Good turnout again tonight with the area around the dancefloor full but still with room for more at the quiter end down by the bar. We managed to do a full trilogy tonight which was nice, always better when you can fire at the end.I would like to thank members of other clubs for supporting us as we had representatives from The El Paso in Cwmbran, The Bandolero in Aberaman, The Four Aces in Swansea and The Navajo in Merthyr and a big thanks to our own supporters.
