Xmas 2012 Eden Court
On Saturday 22nd the Sunday Club had a wonderful outing to Eden Court to see an amazing performance of 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens, it was an atmospheric tale told by Mike Maran (who played ALL the parts) accompanied by Norman Chalmers on various instruments.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was when Anne Rogers was lured onto the stage to dance with Ebeneezer.....and also when we were all involved in an interactive 20 questions, a bonus being seated in the second row!
The children were all running on a high afterwards helped by sweets and ice cream. It was thoroughly enjoyable and conveyed the true meaning of Christmas in a most entertaining way.
