Past Life Regressions

    Have you ever wondered about past lives?  Curious about who you might have been?  Experienced feelings of deja vu (a new person/place feeling totally familiar)?

     Past Life regressions are another tool for self- discovery.  Hypnotherapists use hypnosis to uncover deep-seated problems, even health issues, from past lives.  In my sessions we are doing a past life exploration while in a deep meditative state.  

     Forget Hollywood -- you're not going so far under you won't be aware. This won't be "Stir of Echoes" and you won't be unconscious. There's no metronome tick, tock, ticking and no shiny silver watch. Because I'm not a hypnotherapist and this will not be a healing session.

     Instead you will be lying on the floor totally relaxed but conscious.  It often feels like you are watching your own home movie. Don't be surprised if you change sex. It happens.

    The point of the session is not to prove or disprove reincarnation. The point is, did it help you?
