Aubeterre is a lovely village on the Dronne river - lovely ambiance, market on a Sunday morning, pottery, campsite, river beach and canoe/kayaking. St Aulaye is the other nearby village - small, quaint, and with another lovely river beach, beach bar for snacks and dinner, and campsite and wooden chalets available. Both a few kilometres from La Grange.
