General Maintenance Contracts

This has been put together with Flats and community centres in mind.
It includes grass-cutting, weeding of borders, spraying paths with weed killers as necessary, and it can be done on a weekly or fortnightly basis.  These contracts generally don't have a set finish date and will roll on to the next year automatically unless terminated.
