Originally from the Midlands in England, I now live and work in the Highlands of Scotland.

Living in such an amazing environment, I have been inspired by both the landscape and the people that work and live in it.  I originally studied Industrial Design, specialising in Ceramics and Glass but have always painted.  However my art is sparked by a variety of materials, from a curvaceous piece of wood, a solid lump of clay to a heap of rusting scrap.

By my own admission I am a hoarder by nature including vintage bicycles, vehicles and sheds.  In fact anything that has rust or needs fettling fills my time and some of this rejuvenated treasure is incorporated in my work.  This work is also for sale or by commission.
