Martha's Cartes de Visites

Gerard's wife was Ella Violet Thornewill.  Her father was Robert Thornewill, and his father bore the same name.  Robert the Younger's mother, Robert the Elder's wife, was Martha Hammond Thornewill nee Wright, from the famous village of Eyam.  She made an Album of Cartes de Visite, dating from about pre 1865.

Alas! only about a dozen were labelled -

"The Prince Consort" - Well, yes, I rrecognise him, you didn't need to label HIM !
"Aged 84!" - yes, but WHO is he ???
