Born in Glasgow, moved to Invergordon at the age of four.

Schooled at Invergordon Academy, then Cardonald College.

Later graduating from Grays School of Art, Robert Gordon University.

Moved to Skye where he now lives in the village of Tarskavaig with his wife and family.
