Rob Shaw is a Chartered Health and Safety Professional (CMIOSH) and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Safety and Risk Management in Safety and Risk Management from Strathclyde University, a NEBOSH General Certificate. He graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Forestry from Aberdeen in 1988.

Rob is a non-Executive Director of PEFC(UK), a Trustee of Highland Hospice, and currently the Chair of the Forestry Advisory Committee of the Scottish School of Forestry at UHI.
