Terms and conditions

Dispatch: All items will be posted 2 working days after receipt of payment.

Payment: All payments are through paypal which gives adde security when shopping online.

Return and Refund: I send out all items in pefect condition and hope you recieve them in the same way.  If any items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact me immediately at fibreforager@gmail.com or by clicking on the enquiries tab and filling out the form, so I can rectify any problems for you.

All online purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations UK, which allow you to cancel your purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the items. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. On return of the items I will refund the amount paid less the original postage charge though paypal.  Items that are not returned to us in their original condition e.g yarn that has been un-skeined, will not be refunded unless they were damaged in transit.

UK deliveries should arrive within 15 working days.  If your items have not arrived after this time, please contact me for replacement/refund.  (Please note that as all products are unique it may be impossible to relace an item exactly.)

Overseas deliveries should arrive within 25 working days.  If your purchases have not arrived after this time, please contact us for replacement/refund.  (Please note that as all products are unique it may be impossible to replace an item exactly.)

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your items when you receive them, please contact me as soon as possible.
