FENRA had a Get Together - Public Meeting at Shirley Community Centre on 17th April 2013 and all were welcome.  Turn out was low, but this did not diminish our enthusiasm for holding the event and for future events.  The local PCSO's Jan and Louisa attended to introduce themselves and offer advice.  Cllr Ian Manning popped in to discuss Green Dragon Bridge, the Station, Parking and anything else you'd care to mention.  Clare Blair representing Cllr Gerri Bird attended to talk about all things East Chesterton.  The donated cakes were delicious and notices on the CAMTOO Project, Chisholm Trail, Chesterton Festival and Bramblefields Clean Up were posted as discussion pieces. This was a great chance to meet others in the neighbourhood and to talk about local issues over a cup of tea and a biscuit. We hope more attend our next public meeting in  the Summer - date to be confirmed.
