Friends of Bramblefields

One of the first things that FENRA did is revitalise the "Friends of Bramblefields Local Nature Reserve".

We aim to be a lobbying and community group, getting involved with improving and maintaining the wildness and beauty of Bramblefields and protecting and keeping it as a recreational space for all to enjoy; to keep this unique greenspace at the heart of FENRA for generations to enjoy and a place for animals, birds, insects and plants to thrive.

FENRA and Friends of Bramblefields are inextricably linked and FENRA see Bramblefields as a place of special interest within our area.

Membership of FENRA automatically gives you membership of Friends. If you would like to opt out please contact us. If you would like to learn more, become a member or a committee member please contact FENRA on the feedback link on the left hand side of this page.

If you wish to report any vandalism, fly-tipping, or anti-social behaviour please contact the PCSOs and Local Nature Reserve Officer - by going to the 'LINKS' page. Your vigilence will help keep Bramblefields safe and litter-free for everyone's enjoyment and might change attitudes of pople who abuse the reserve (we hope).

UPDATE: BRAMBLEFIELDS CLEAR UP

Local Nature Reserver Officer (Victoria Smith) will be working in Bramblefields on Tuesday 24 September all day with her stalwart band of volunteers...if you would like to go along and offer a pair of helping hands please do.  You are very welcome.  We would also love to hear your stories about the day.
