The Quarrymans continued their fine start to the season with a 9-2 home win over Malting House A. Despite the scoreline their were some close matches with the doubles going the way of the home team.

Stevie Murray was again in fine form for the hosts and won a high scoring encounter against Kenny Dorritt while George Cuthbertson, Colin Rowntree, Colin Ross, Barry McAtominey and Danny McAtominey all took singles wins for the home team.

The Corporation were on the road visitng the Malting House B where a close match was expected given both clubs starts to the season. In the event the visitors went to town coming away with a 10 - 1 scoreline to leap into second place in the table.

Reigning champions Nursery A came away from the JEM with a hard fought 6 - 5 win to follow up last weeks home win and remain unbeaten.
