On the last bank holiday Monday (yes it was lovely weather!) I spent most of the morning and afternoon ensconced at the wish tower garden, doing a painting of a bee on a hexagaonal canvas. While I was there, I had a close encounter with a little stoat! He ran right between my legs and under the bench i was sat on, paused so I got a really close look at him, then scampered off. Lovely. The painting came out well too.
