Funky Fish

My front room, which also serves as my studio, is begining to look like an aquarium with all the fish,jelly fish and sea creatures Im making from recycled plastic bags, plastic bottles, and cardboard boxes and tubes. They are all hanging up ready to go and be installed for Leaf hall Festival in July. Ive done several beach cleans for this project too, and will be using a lot of what Ive found on the beach. My last beach clean produced one bag of stuff I can use to make with, and two bags of rubbish which had to go straight in the bins on the sea front. What ever happened to 'Keep Britain Tidy?'!!!

So far I have made: 10 cardboard box fish, 3 plastic pottle fish, 2 large bottle fish, 3 plasticbox/bag jelly fish, 7 shredded cardboard sea fans, 4 sea anamones,3 sea squirts, a shoal of patty pan fish, and one sea sponge.
