Lifelong learning is adventure we all share, so I like to mix subjects that I have been studying for a long time - the Dark Ages, the Industrial Revolution, trees and woodland - with stuuf that I come to fresh, like my Seven Women course (see website) or Where science and history collide. As students who have attended my sessions over many years know, you never know quite what will happen; taking risks is all part of the challenge, and the fun.
