Election of Directors JCLLC

We propose to hold an election this season to appoint directors of JCLLC-CIC to serve for the next two years.

Company Membership of JCLLC-CIC

If you wish to participate in the election process or to become a director you must be a company member.  Information about company membership and an application form can be found on the Joseph Cowen website  (insert link).  If you are not already a member and wish to apply, then please do so before 30th October, by completing an application form and returning it either to the registered address on the form or to the Explore office.  We would remind existing and future company members that, if JCLLC-CIC is to be effective, members should exercise their votes when requested, and play an active part in the democratic process of the organisation. 

Board of Directors

The Board of JCLLC-CIC should consist of eight elected directors plus up to four co-opted.  There is currently one vacancy; the remaining directors are eligible for re-election for a further two years, however we would welcome nominations from anyone who would like to take a more active role.

Election process

The election will be conducted by Electoral Reform Service.  Further details about how to nominate will follow in approximately two weeks.
