Ellen Addison D.A.R.M.  AMTS registered

Ellen has been working as a massage therapist for the past 20 years in Scotland and also spent a few years in Perth, Australia. Her work is therapeutic, intuitive and nurturing using Muscle Energy techniques, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and cross fibre techniques to assess and treat each client.

Complete privacy is respected at all times, undressing and dressing always without the therapist present.

Ellen has many years of experience in the fitness and well-being industry and so is able to offer advice both nutrionally, regarding fitness, and psychologically to give a holistic service.

Also working in conjunction with other health practitioners to help her clients get the best treatment possible for their condition. e.g. chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, podiatrists, acupunturists.
