SHEEP

There are sheep here in Ardersier, we have got a Shetland/Soay cross, which are very different to the cheviots which we were farming in Ardross.  They look a bit like goats, have very small pointy faces, and a beautiful colourful fleece.  We would like to butcher our own, and sell all the meat locally, thereby reducing the fuel and time miles and helping to save the planet at the same time!!  Hip hip hooray for logic!  This picture below is still Ardross.....
