We are so glad you have decided to join us on a small adventure in the Highlands of Scotland Near Loch Ness

Day One
12.25 Pick up from Inverness Airport1.30 Light lunch together chat to get to know you all
3.00 S Settle into cottage: Free time (Recommended Movie: THRIVE)
7.30 Supper altogether early night with Victoria and Phil


Day Two
7.30 (Optional: Medicine Buddha Practice)
9.30 Breakfast, Organic, Experience with Victoria and Phil
10.30 Kundun film *
1.00 Break for lunch in your own cottage.
2.30 Group Meditation in Gompa
5.30 Free Time (Study / Educational DVD’s )
7.30 Supper with Victoria and Phil “Evening discussion questions”


Day Three
7.30 (Optional: Medicine Buddha Practice)
8.30 Breakfast in your own cottage (Please make up a packed lunch for your trip out)
9.30 Trip through the mountains to the West Coast of Scotland
11.00 Check out the Retreat house and do some chores
1.00 Lunch at the Retreat house
1.30 Trip up the hill to view the Five Sisters of Kintail and down to the Highlander Castle (Eilean Donan Castle)
4.00 Back to Design on Life Academy (Loch Ness) 6.00 Free Evening (We will recommend a DVD)

Day Four
7.30 (Optional: Medicine Buddha Practice)
9.30 Breakfast, Organic, Experience with Victoria and Phil
10.30 Individual Diamond Session or Free time
11.30 Individual Diamond Session or Free time
12.30 Break for lunch in your own cottage

Day Five
7.30 (FORMAL: Medicine Buddha Practice) Watch or Participate.

10.30 Diamond Meditation Practice
12.30 Break for lunch in your own cottage
1.30 CHOCOLATE MAKING!!!! Yeee Harrr Organic Raw Chocolate.

7.00 Discussion time, questions and Movie


Day Six

9.30 Breakfast in your own cottage
10.30 Trip to Plodda Falls, through the forest. (Bring small packed lunch or munchies)

4.00 Supper with Victoria and Phil
6.30 Leave for Inverness Airport
7.15 Arrive at Airport
8.15 Back Home: Wishing you all a safe return
