Your Parent Council Needs YOU!

If you can ……   bake a cake ……  drive a car……  sell raffle tickets…… play football….read a map …… paint a poster…… donate a prize …... ring friends …… wash-up ……… take photos ……  use a PC …… blow up balloons … make tea and coffee …  sweep the floor  you can help.

Parents are busy people, some can only offer a few hours per year to the Parent Council but everyone is welcome! 

Here are some other ways we can use your valuable time:

Assist with the Duke of Edinburgh scheme by

• Taking an appropriate first aid qualification

• Undertaking the Summer Mountain Leaders Training scheme to help with the expedition training

• Undertaking Risk Assessment Training to help cover Health and Safety aspects

Link the school and the community through:

• Helping with a project that you have a special interest in for a few weeks

• Joining the Parent Council

• Helping organise refreshments for parents’ evenings and prize-giving
