This is an outline of the scheme's implementation

 

• Once you decide to proceed, you can inform your staff
• The employees are then given an opportunity in which to come and select their bike, as well as the accessories they need to cycle to work safely. We will provide an order and acknowledgement from us, which they will pass on to you their employer.
• At this point, you should ask them to sign an agreement covering the supply of the bicycle and accesories.
• At the end of the purchase period, we will supply you with all the order details, and provide you with an invoice
• When the invoice is paid, employees collect their bikes and will then begin their salary sacrifice from the next salary payment.
• You have complete control over the scheme.
