Facilities

The cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, utility room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and garden.

The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The living room has a comfy 3-piece suite, freesat television and a DVD player. The utiltiy room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Upstairs the master bedroom has a Superking size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has bath with shower over. 

The house has a wood burning stove that operates the central heating system and heats the water. We hope guests will use the wood burning stove for heating but we have also provided electric heaters just in case. Wood and fire lighting materials are provided. We also have free broadband in the house. 

Guests can use the garden and are free to look around. As the name suggests there is a lovely Burn nearby. Please note that the Burn does not have safety railings around it
