Saturday 1st December saw the annual prize giving ceremony for the hardy individuals who were successful in the races throughout the year. Trophies were peresented by Hilary Lord, wife of 2012 Commodore David Lord.
All of the results were calculated by Frank McHardy, who does a sterling job running the Racing Committee. Prizes were awarded as follows:

After the presentation, we were all treated to a marvellous curry specially prepared by George Middleton, with side dishes & a rather tast vegetarian option of macaroni cheese provided by Alison Fox.
The evening was rounded off with an illustrated talk by Jenny & Dave Morris about their circumnavigation of Ireland earlier in the year.
