What a farce! Last night's meeting was organised by Enfield Council in a hall that was far too small for the huge numbers they knew would be attending. Additonally, there was no disabled access - a disgrace!

It was, however, a great moral victory for us. I am sure the press will have a great deal to say about everything too!! Watch for your local papers this week!

Personally, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who turned up, either at the hall or on the march. We must keep the momentum going. I know you will be reluctant to come out a second time - but this is exactly what L&Q hope.  We must, of course, disappoint them - and perhaps, indeed, come in even larger numbers.
