The Action Committee met for the first time tonight. It comprises 12 members from both East Barnet and Enfield wards. We are also honoured to have Councillor Robert Rams on board.

It was agreed:

1. letters will be distributed to a wider area than previously, explaining what is happening and what you can do to help

2. placards will be placed in front gardens of all who agree to publicise the campaign. Please contact us on the feedback section if you are willing to display one of these.

3. to empahsise the importance of writing to your local councillors and MPs regarding the proposed development - we aim for 1000 letters!The Save New Barnet campaign, opposing the Tesco, managed that amount and won!
