My name is Denise Maxfield and I have been working within the same company for over 13years.  In this time I have played an integral part in taking a business of 6 people and growing it to just over 100 employees.  We have seen significant growth in both turnover and profit and are going from strength to strength. I have managed sales teams that have been very successful and hit all targets set them.  I have developed different areas of the businees taking a jaded concept and turning it around to deliver credible revenue. Most recently I have developed and grown a customer service divison to support and retain our existing clients and of which we have seen significant growth.

I would now like to share my experience's and ideas with other small businesses who would like to expand but don't know where to begin.
