OLD FRIENDS
Bullieburn Camembert (Bertie)
Bertie was a one off - a great showman who was a pleasure to handle in the ring. The picture shows him with his Crufts Centenary 1st place rosette, Judged by breed specialist Mrs Jeanne Rowett-Johns. (Ch. Biscovey Robert E Lee ex Rittyrig Rowena of Bullieburn)
Bullieburn Gorgonzola (Zola)
Another of our infamous "Cheese" litter, Zola was not so keen on showing but produced a lovely litter of puppies for us. (Ch. Biscovey Robert E Lee ex Rittyrig Rowena of Bullieburn)
Bullieburn Solo & Daughter
From our "Gambling" litter, Bullieburn Solo, but known as Canasta (Nasa) by his human slaves Jim & Moyra Adamson. Shown aged 15, son of Bullieburn Gorgonzola (above), with his daughter, Lethamhill Nasa's Nina by Bullieburn (Roly) aged 10. Picture taken at The Basset Hound Club of Scotland's Fun Day and a few short months later both were called to the kennel in the sky. (Solo = Lowaters Lottery ex Bullieburn Gorgonzola). (Roly = Bullieburn Solo ex Lethamhill Bertie's Gertie - who was our Bertie's daughter)
Bullieburn Brag
Brag, another dog from our "Gambling" litter, was a very fine specimen of the breed and we won many awards with him. Sadly he died at the age of six having contracted cancer. (Lowaters Lottery ex Bullieburn Gorgonzola)
Bullieburn Lambrusco & Bullieburn Bollinger (8 wks)
From our "Wine" litter, these two achieved the most in the show ring. Lambrusco (ROSCO) and Bollinger (CLARENCE). While Rosco remained on home territory, Clarence strutted his stuff in Ireland with Raymond and Roberta Niblock. (Ch Lodway Lancer of Islwyn x Rittyrig Rowena of Bullieburn)
Bullieburn Boston & Bullieburn Napoleon
Bullieburn Napoleon (HOLMES) and Bullieburn Boston (WATSON), from our "Gambling" litter, were much loved characters who owned Frank and Doreen Oakes. Both were lightly shown but preferred to be lazing around at home. (Lowaters Lottery ex Bullieburn Gorgonzola)
