Terms & Conditions

Please take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with these few simple guidelines in order to make your stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible:

We kindly ask all guests to bring their own linen including sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. Quilts and pillows are provided at no extra cost.

We kindy ask that when you are around 20 minutes away form arriving to please ring Bob Armbridge on 07723608598 and he will meet you when you arrive to give you the key and information about the site and the surrounding area. He will also be available if you have any questions.

Passes will be available from the Park Reception for a nominal fee. These are not compulsory but allow you to gain access into all the Park's facilities including the swimming pool and the clubhouse. Please contact them on 0843 178 7070 for the current price as they fluctuate depending on the time of year.

All guests are welcome into the Caravan from 4pm on the day of arrival and are asked to have vacated it by 10am on their departure day.

We ask that the Caravan be left in the condition that you found it in. There is a vacuum cleaner and various cleaning items in the cleaning cupboard for your use during your stay.

Please report any damages to Gareth Partidge on 07508215549 so that we can make the necesary arrangements to replace it.

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to guarantee availability. The remaining is due at least 3 months before your departure date. Any bookings made within 3 months of the departure date will require the full balance to be paid at time of booking.

There is no smoking allowed inside the caravan

Pets (except Guide Dogs) are not permitted inside the caravan

We comply fully with the Parks Terms and Conditions and ask that you also comply with these during your stay. A link to these is available below
