2018

It's been several months since we last updated our Blog, since when we've had several enjoyable sojourns in both Cyprus and Brittany homes. The little house in Brittany is on the market though we're in no hurry to sell. A lovely English couple fell in love with it and set things in motion but unfortunately had to pull out due to ill-health.
We started the New Year in Cyprus with Chandra, being awoken on our Cobalt flights with party goods and Ferrero Rocher as midnight struck in London, and travelling from Larnaca Airport in a white stretch limo...
This being our Ruby Wedding year we've given ourselves a few treats. Our actual Anniversary on 29th April was spent in Cyprus, with a party for friends from all over the Island. As it was also the Ridván Festival there were lots of meetings and celebrations and we caught up with many friends on both sides of the border.
In July we flew to Bulgaria for a Bahá'í Summer School in the Botanic Gardens surrounding Queen Marie's Summer Palace, Queen Marie being the first Bahá'í Queen. Then we travelled to Edirne in Turkey to visit some of the places Bahá'u'lláh was exiled to on his way to the prison city of Akká, Palestine. Returning to beautiful Bulgaria for a few days as tourists.
Since we got home we've been busy helping Robindra with his move - he's returned home several times over the years but has now bought himself a lovely maisonette so this is probably the last move and all his books and musical instruments have to be shelved or displayed in his new abode.
In between our comings and goings we're involved in a variety of of Interfaith, Charity & Community activities so we don't have too much time on our hands, nor any major health problems! So far, so good...
