The Cost of Living Crisis, 18 June, National Demo

A group of concerned locals and union reps joined Berwick & District Trade Union Council in Berwick town centre to show support for the “Cost of Living Crisis” national day of action and the mass demo in London called by the TUC.

Trade union membership and organisation was our main message as the best way to combat falling living standards. We also highlighted the facts: it is corporate greed and profits backed by a failing corrupt Tory government that is responsible for the crisis not ordinary people. WE DEMAND BETTER!
