Stability…
Stromness Co-op - 30th of December 2023 – Cadbury’s cream eggs and Caramel Eggs. December.
There used to be times in each year which marked the passing of time in each year – whether associated with religion or not – Mid-winter- Christmas, Spring - Easter. This provided stabily in our human lives.
These times have been eroded – Christmas starts in early October - Easter eggs in late December.
The way the world is, we need more stability – but we have less. No wonder there is so much un-ease in the human psyche.
