I remember doing Geology ‘A’ Level ( remember ‘A’ Levels?) - plate tectonics absolutely fascinated me – still do – where parts of the earth were, compared to where they are now. What was the sea-bed – now a mountain - and vice-versa. Whole continents in different parts of the globe from where they started…..
