Easing Up….
Recently, events in my life have sent me into a state of mind which I recognize as a form of depression - I’m seeing/feeling things ‘wrong’.
Yesterday I listened to a C.D. by Matthew Manning called ‘Deep Healing’. When I woke up this morning I thought…
I’ll focus on what I have, rather than on what I’ve lost.
I’ll focus on what I can do, rather than on what I can’t.
I’ll live my life as it is, not fretting about how it used to be or how I think it should be.
The main idea is to ease up – on myself, on others and on the world.
The world will go its way, without me fretting about it.
I feel that Mike and I are moving into the next stage in our life - which will be to have a quiet life.
Life moves through stages. That’s how it is.
Then I thought ...”Thank you Matthew”.
And I thought I’d write this down for if it might help someone.
As friend Wendy said…. “Life continues, after the crisis is over."
I think that I’d kind-of lost my connection with LIFE, and am now starting to regain it through the tree at Cottascarth…

I’d normally think it was a bit early to order a calendar but allegedly there will be a pic. by Mike in it - we won’t know how that looks until we buy the calendar! So we’ll order one.
