Our Service Standard
When you visit us we will
- Greet you in a polite and friendly manner
- Help you with access or language requirements as best we can
- Provide you with advice and guidance to achieve your goals
- Provide an automatic or manual motorcycle to meet your needs
When you telephone we will
- Answer your call in a polite and professional manner
- Answer your call as quickly as possible – our aim is to answer 95% of calls within 3 rings
- Respond to all messages or missed calls within 1 day
When you write to us we will
- Acknowledge you within 1 day
- Explain in full to answer your enquiry
- Provide a mobile number to call, if preferred
