The committee of BARTG was saddened to learn (via the SK column in RadCom) that Ted Double G8CDW had passed away.

Ted was a stalwart of the BARTG committee and was the author of BARTG's RTTY Awards book. He was awarded Honorary Life Membership of BARTG many years ago in recognition of his work for BARTG. He was member number 18.

Ted also held M3CDW.

A full obituary is being written by several committee members.

On a personal note I found Ted a very pleasant, helpful and positive person to work with and it is with sadness that I note his passing.
