Please ensure that all registration forms (Club, Medical and Royston Crow) are returned to me by July 17th at the absolute latest.

I need the remaining Club forms so that I can order all the kit for each player and I have to have the RCYFL form, plus 2 passport photographs and proof of date of birth to get each player registered. If I don't receive these in time there is a chance that league registration cards will not be issued in time and without a card no player will be able to play in our matches.
